A Top 50 Operation 36 Coach and former Division I golfer, Erica brings a unique blend of technical skill, structured development, and relational coaching to the FBPI team. She leads one of the strongest junior pipelines in the region and introduces over 2,000 kids to golf each year through school programs. Erica’s approach combines fundamentals, mindset growth, and fun—helping juniors and women build confidence that lasts.
